N\u00e4r jag v\u00e4l fick reda p\u00e5 HEMLIGHETEN skulle alla mina problem med vikten vara l\u00f6sta. Varje g\u00e5ng jag fick h\u00f6ra om en ny diet blev jag s\u00e5 upprymd, var det h\u00e4r den? Var det h\u00e4r saken som skulle f\u00e5 mig att g\u00e5 ner i vikt och aldrig g\u00e5 upp igen? F\u00f6rest\u00e4ll dig besvikelsen n\u00e4r det visade sig att inte heller det h\u00e4r var DEN. Cykeln av sj\u00e4lv\u00f6mkan och att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla det oh\u00e4lsosamma m\u00f6nstret skulle forts\u00e4tta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den mest extrema HEMLIGHETEN jag har provat \u00e4r naturligtvis min GBP-operation. Jag var s\u00e5 extremt fokuserad p\u00e5 vikt och att fixa utsidan att jag aldrig reflekterade \u00f6ver n\u00e5got annat. Min v\u00e4rld kretsade kring kost och tr\u00e4ning. Mitt resonemang var att eftersom jag inte hade n\u00e5gon stark vilja (jag misslyckades med att h\u00e5lla en diet och jag misslyckades med att regelbundet tr\u00e4na) skulle jag kompensera genom att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra min kropp. Jag skulle inte fysiskt kunna \u00e4ta och det skulle vara slutet p\u00e5 det! Jag vet nu att det var helt fel. Det finns m\u00e4nniskor med en GBP som g\u00e5r tillbaka till att \u00e4ta lika mycket som f\u00f6re sin operation och som g\u00e5r upp i vikt igen. Det man slutar med \u00e4r en ny upps\u00e4ttning problem som har att g\u00f6ra med komplikationer och\/eller konsekvenser av operationen. Ett enkelt exempel \u00e4r att du beh\u00f6ver st\u00f6d av kosttillskott resten av livet, annars kan du drabbas av undern\u00e4ring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hur kommer det sig att inte ens mekanisk f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring av min kropp var l\u00f6sningen eller DEN HEMLIGHET jag s\u00f6kte? Hur kommer det sig att jag gick igenom ALL den sm\u00e4rtan och tog ALL den risken men \u00e4nd\u00e5 hamnade p\u00e5 en \u00e4nnu s\u00e4mre plats \u00e4n jag var innan? Jo, f\u00f6r att jag besatt ignorerade vad universum f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte tala om f\u00f6r mig. Jag beh\u00f6vde v\u00e4nda min uppm\u00e4rksamhet IN\u00c5T ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att titta ut\u00e5t. Jag beh\u00f6vde fokusera p\u00e5 mitt beteende och hur jag mentalt hanterade problemen i mitt liv. Det var, om n\u00e5got, DEN HEMLIGHET jag s\u00f6kte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Min v\u00e4g till rehabilitering och \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning kom n\u00e4r jag l\u00e4ste boken av Bitten Jonsson och Pia Nordstr\u00f6m, Sockerbomben 3.0. F\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen i mitt liv ins\u00e5g jag omedelbart att det Bitten pratade om i boken st\u00e4mde \u00f6verens med mitt liv och mina problem. Det f\u00f6rsta var att socker \u00e4r beroendeframkallande och du m\u00e5ste behandla det som ett narkotikum. Det andra, och viktigare f\u00f6r mig, var att det g\u00e5r l\u00e5ngt bortom att bara ta bort socker fr\u00e5n din kost. Om du har ett osunt f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till mat m\u00e5ste du arbeta med ditt inre mycket mer \u00e4n det yttre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En av de vanligaste fr\u00e5gorna folk st\u00e4ller mig n\u00e4r jag pratar om GBP och sockerberoende \u00e4r om jag, med det jag vet nu, skulle genomg\u00e5 det igen eller inte innan min operation? Mitt korta svar \u00e4r NEJ, jag skulle inte g\u00f6ra GBP. Men det \u00e4r fortfarande mer komplicerat \u00e4n s\u00e5! Det som kom fram ur min GBP-operation var att jag fick chansen att se bortom mitt yttre. N\u00e4r jag hade g\u00e5tt ner i \u00f6vervikt och kunde b\u00e4ra den storlek p\u00e5 kl\u00e4der jag hade dr\u00f6mt om, men fortfarande var olycklig i grunden, d\u00e5 var jag redo att inse sanningen. Jag tror att operationen var absolut n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndig f\u00f6r att jag skulle kunna \u00f6ppna mitt sinne p\u00e5 det s\u00e4tt jag beh\u00f6vde f\u00f6r att kunna \u00e5terh\u00e4mta mig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jag tror att jag har g\u00e5tt igenom allt som jag beh\u00f6ver g\u00e5 igenom f\u00f6r att komma hit. Jag \u00e4r p\u00e5 ett s\u00e5 positivt stadium i mitt liv och tillfrisknande nu, att jag inte skulle \u00e4ndra n\u00e5gonting. I livet finns det inga genv\u00e4gar eller hemligheter, du kan inte f\u00f6rv\u00e4nta dig att undvika sm\u00e4rta eller lidande.
